Sponsorship Opportunities

Three tiers of sponsorship are available for the event:

PLATINUM SPONSOR – €3,000.00 + 22% VAT

• 15 minutes talk during the conference/PhD school
• Company brochures/items provided in conference bags
• N. 3 full Conference Registrations (social events included)
• Exhibit booth space (2 tables + 4 chairs)
• Company Logo (see Bronze Sponsor)

GOLD SPONSOR – €2,000.00 + 22% VAT

• Company brochures/items provided in conference bags
• N. 2 full Conference Registrations (social events included)
• Exhibit booth space (2 tables + 4 chairs)
• Company Logo (see Bronze Sponsor)

SILVER SPONSOR – €1,500.00 + 22% VAT

• N. 1 full Conference Registration (social events included)
• Exhibit booth space (table + 2 chairs)
• Company Logo (see Bronze Sponsor)

BRONZE SPONSOR – €750.00 + 22% VAT

• Payment upon receipt of the invoice (at the acceptance of the booking form). Before June 8th 2026 All prices excl. VAT.
• Please note, that all offers are treated on a “first come, first serve” basis.
• Changes to the afore-mentioned information and terms, may occur, due to organizational needs.
• Any request for CANCELLATION of the exhibition space must be sent by e-mail to the Organizer.
• 50% refund for cancellations received before April 30, 2026. No refunds for cancellations received after Aprile 30, 2026

Contracting and Payment Information
All contractual agreements and payment processing will be handled by L’Aquila Congressi e Comunicazione S.R.L.S.. An invoice will be issued by this company upon acceptance of the booking form, with payment due upon receipt.
